Mini Cooper S Supercharger Pulley Removal Tool Kit
This is what to use to make light work of removing your supercharger pulley, off your Mini Cooper S. Aztech's Supercharger Pulley Removal Kit, was designed & manufactured by our director Kev, to get a particularly stubborn pulley off his 2002 Cooper S & he has been selling them around the world ever since.
The pulley tool we offer is manufactured in-house at Aztech using Aluminium 6082 T6 material, which is then subjected to a blue anodizing process. This anodization transforms the surface of the aluminium into an extremely tough, resilient, and long-lasting finish, which is highly resistant to both corrosion and wear.
This tool is designed to fit standard-sized pulleys only and is easy to use.
Simply clamp the two blue parts together over the pulley using the provided screws.
Then attach the puller tool onto the blue pulley clamp and wind in the middle bolt onto the supercharger shaft.
The pulley will then be pulled off.
Other pulley tools on the market do not provide all the necessary components for this job, so it's important to have both the pulley clamp and pulley puller tool.
The latest version of this tool is even stronger with the addition of an M16 middle bolt.
